Killdeer Public School District Election Notice

Killdeer, North Dakota

Killdeer Public School District #16 will hold its annual school district election at the Killdeer Elementary School on June 13, 2023.  The purpose of the election is to elect one member of the school board from the North Area for a three-year term, one member of the school board from the Killdeer City Area for a three-year term, one member of the school board from the South Area for a one-year term and submit to the voters of the school district the following question “Shall Killdeer Public School District No. 16, County of Dunn, State of North Dakota, publish a record of the proceedings of the School Board in a newspaper of general circulation of the school district for the succeeding two years?”.

Levi Bang and Sydney Kukla have filed for the North Area.  April Dutchuk has filed for the Killdeer City Area.  Kelli Schollmeyer and James Lorenz have filed for the South Area.

The polls will be open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm MDT on Election Day.

If auxiliary aids are required to vote, contact the Business Manager listed below at least 5 business days prior to the election.

Absentee ballots are available upon request from the Business Office.  To obtain an absentee ballot, complete the Absentee/Mail Ballot Application and return to the Business Manager.
