Our Varsity Boys Basketball team pulled off a nail biter today against the Garrison Troopers. With 1.9 seconds left, Owen Schleppenbach sunk two free throws to put the Cowboys up by one. As the Troopers threw in the ball and passed it down the court, Red Sky Starr leaped up to block the ball and the clock ran out.
The crowd went wild and one little fan tracked down her favorite player to get a hug and a picture. (Bristol Pelton and Red Sky Starr)
