Our Killdeer FFA chapter started the week strong at the Winter CDE in Minot on Monday. FFA members gather in Minot, ND every March to compete and test their skills in Agronomy, Agricultural Sales & Service, Livestock Evaluation. Congratulations to our FFA chapter for a strong performance. Check out their results below:
Gold Livestock Judging Team - 2nd Place Overall - State runner-Up!
There were 32 teams and 292 individuals competing in the Livestock Evaluation CDE. The Killdeer Livestock Evaluation team earned a Gold rating- State Runner-Up!
Individual results are as follows: Shay Burian- 7th place gold individual; Abigail Hardersen- 15th place gold individual; Ian Dukart- gold individual; Kacee Wasem- gold individual; Shawna Burian- silver individual.
Gold Ag Sales Team - 3rd Place Overall
There 31 teams and 210 individuals competing in the Agricultural Sales CDE. The Killdeer Ag. Sales Team earned a Gold rating- 3rd Place Overall!
Individual results are as follows: Faith Norby- gold individual; Erin McFadden- gold individual; Abigail Sadowsky- silver individual; Tate Simmons- silver individual; Jude Dukart- silver individual.
Silver Agronomy Team:
There were 38 teams and 214 individuals competing in the Agronomy CDE. The Killdeer Agronomy Team earned a 16th place Silver rating!
