The Killdeer HOSA Future Health Professionals chapter traveled to Nashville, TN this past week for the 2022 International Leadership Conference.
Five of our students, Gracie Doe, Abigail Sadowsky, Sophia Sadowsky, Ivy Schleppenbach, and Dara Braathen competed in health-related knowledge tests at an international level. Ainsley Hayden represented North Dakota as a voting delegate to bring in the in 2022-20223 HOSA International Leadership Council. Students also attended a HOSA University Seminar and many health-related symposiums throughout the week.
We made new friends, many memories and were able to experience some of Nashville’s top to do’s. We went on a ghost tour at the Capitol, experienced the Nashville zoo, the Grand Ole Opry, Nashville Shores water park, and walked Broadway.
Mrs. Schmidt and the HOSA members would like to thank the chaperones Sarah Doe, Laura Sadowsky, and Carey Hayden who also attended and helped make the trip a huge success!
