HOSA is Hosting a Winter Bake Sale at the Elementary School on January 11th from 7:50am-8:20am outside of the Main Office.

Ian Harmon will be working hard this week helping to keep our younger students safe on the playground. He is making sure that they are wearing all of their essential winter gear to stay warm. Keep up the excellent work Ian.

Our Meet the Cowboys Event was a great success! Winter athletes were recognized by their coaching staff, the new gym was introduced to the community, and athletes signed shirts. So much love and support for our Cowboys!

We had our December Cowboy Pride Assembly today. Congratulations to our December students who exemplified citizenship both in and out of the classroom. We had some special guests today too. Lots of holiday spirit!!

Wrestling season is underway! Tough competition and many rewarding duals. We beat Linton on Criteria and won 37-36 and lost to South Border 63-12. Ben Roundy was a finalist and runner up at the Mandan Tournament.
The wrestlers also made a trip to Rapid City, SD and Bowman, ND. There were multiple placers across the board. Thank you all of our fans, parents, family members, and supporters for following us all over the region!

Mrs. Cook received a Funding the Future grant from Continental Resources for $2,500. The grant will be used for interactive math floor games for the elementary. Congratulations Mrs. Cook.

On Saturday, December 12 the Killdeer robotics team attended a scrimmage in Alexander with 8 other teams. The students had fun and learned a lot about how our robot stacks up with the competition. Their next competition will be the North Dakota West Region Qualifier in Bismarck on January 20th.
