The entire third grade class met their reading goal for the month of March. They went bowling to celebrate.

The sewing class took a trip to Dickinson to see the award they won for their fantastic needle felted projects. They had a lot of fun and picked some of their favorite projects from the show.










Very thankful for Conoco Phillips bringing in drones and giving a Drone Presentation to our 6th graders!

Cooperative Work Experience Spotlight

An Athletic Parent Forum will be held on Wednesday, April 15th at 5:30pm in the High School Commons. Discussion topics will include summer athletics programs, NDHSAA updates, and communication platforms. All parents of students grades 6-11 are encouraged to attend.
The public is invited to attend the D.A.R.E graduation program on April 21, 2026 at 2:00 pm in the Elementary school gym.

Track was in Dickinson today. Leah Duttenhefner broke the school record in the pole vault (10-3)
Summer Olson qualifies for state in the mile.

Cooperative Work Experience Spotlight

On Thursday, April 9 Killdeer sent two competitors to the Region X Regional Speech Competition in Richardton. Morning Martin placed 8th in Storytelling and Lily Swaney took 3rd in Poetry Interpretation and qualified for the State Class B Speech Tournament in Mandan on April 25th. Congratulations to the Killdeer Speech Team!

Our KHS Band and Choir students have been working hard and it paid off! Band competed last month, Choir this month, and their performances were fantastic. We’re proud to send five students on to State in May— every student who competed did an excellent job!
