Mr. Binstock's 5th grade students worked with Mrs. Aviles second grade class to do team building stations and assist them in writing positive affirmations to classmates.

First grade engaged in the Capturing Kids' Hearts curriculum.







As part of our schools Capturing Kids’ Heart curriculum, first grade is sharing “Good Things”, making “Affirmations”, greeting each other at the door, and participating in “Show and Share”. All of these activities help foster positive relationships between teacher and students alike!










Ms. Nagel’s 3rd grade class did a positive affirmation gallery walk. We wrote down our favorite affirmations to remind ourselves how wonderful and caring we are.

First grade has been busy learning about the history of the Earth. They got to make models of the layers of the Earth with Play-Doh and ended their unit by being paleontologists and making fossils.
