Students have also starting greeting each other at the door, which is a way to empower students to lean into their classroom roles and community!

Due to poor visibility there is a two hour late start for the Killdeer School District.

KPS will be offering in-town busing starting Monday, January 12th.  An invitation to our transportation app, Stopfinder, was emailed out last week. Please check your spam folder if you have not seen the email.  Existing, out of town riders, please check your app as stop times may have been adjusted.

Killdeer Public School will be offering in-town busing starting on January 12th. This will create a slight gap in busing services as West River Transit is no longer available. Bus stop locations and schedules will be posted on the Killdeer School website once classes resume. An invitation to our transportation app, Stopfinder, will be emailed out at this time as well.

The elementary held their Cowboy Pride assembly today and recognized individuals for their Responsibility throughout the month of December. We even had some special guests! We celebrated Safety Patrol members, recognized some math fluency efforts and Mrs Aviles' class won the attendance award for December. Happy Holidays Cowboys!
