The Killdeer Cowboys Boys team was 4th in the state and Girls were 2nd at State Cross Country.
Boys all state Jekori Dahlen 10th and Nekori Dahlen 19th. Girls all state Summer Olson 4th, Kate Martinez 10th, Addie Miller 11th, and Abby Hardersen 13th. Coach Horgeshimer received Coach of the Year.

Our Cowboy Pride Assembly recognized students that demonstrated the character trait of Self-Direct. Some students who have been working hard on their math fact fluency were recognized and Safety Patrol had some special awards. Congratulations Cowboys! 🧡



Mrs Gartner's 3rd grade won the attendance award for the month of October. 🥳

Ezra Barrows American Legion Post 46 hosted their 2nd annual Ribs for Kids event on September 14, 2024. From this event, money was raised, as well as hygiene products and school supplies donated to Killdeer Public school. The donations will be used to meet the needs of the students as well as needs in classrooms. We are very appreciative of the Ezra Barrows American Legion for their continued support and generosity! Thank you!

The AAA Killdeer Safety Patrol Members for the week are Hope Thomas and Cy Spotted Bear. They are reminding students to dress warm outside with the cooler weather in the morning. Both patrollers are wonderful peer mentors to their younger peers.

SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) presents Red Ribbon Week for grades PK-12 -
October 21st-25th, 2024.
All students will receive a ribbon or bracelet on Monday. Please wear your red ribbon or red bracelet proudly this week to celebrate living a drug free life and making healthy choices!

We remind all of our fans that state cross and the football game are NDHSAA events. This means that killdeer cowboy activity tickets can't be used.
Ticketing is done on GOFAN for both state cross and the football game
