Happy election day! The senior class travelled to Manning today to fulfill their duties as citizens of this country. Eleven seniors were eligible to cast their votes for the very first time! In preparation for this day, the senior class researched all the candidates and measures on the ballot, gaining greater insight on each contest.
It was an exciting day for these students, both for the first time voters and for their classmates to witness the process in action. Congratulations to all our first time voters! The senior class encourages everyone to get out and vote- let your voice be heard!

The senior class hosted the four candidates running for county commission in a Q & A session in preparation for the upcoming election. Thank you to our candidates for taking the time to share with us today. It was an awesome experience for our seniors as they began their journey to become informed voters in our community.
