WHAT A SEASON! The Winter CDEs season came to a close today. The Killdeer FFA Chapter competed at the ND FFA State Winter CDEs Contest in Minot. This amazing group worked hard all season and worked to be better every single time. They embraced the theme for the season, that excellence is not an act, but a habit. Results: Ag. The following students competed and earned 1st Place in the large school division on March 15th Region 4 Acalympics Competition held in Beach. Killdeer junior high students advanced from the local level and have competed at the county competition held in February. Killdeer students (pictured for left to right)-(back row)Hannah Schettler, Sarah Schaper, Emelie Schaper, Vade Samms, Wyatt Ragan, and Jayden Kuntz, (front row) Camila Garcia, Grace Fritel, Reagan Jones, and Ysabella Love put their mathematical skills to the test. The results are as follows: Iysabella Love captured 1st Place, Hannah Schettler 2nd Place, Emelie Schaper 3rd Place, and Jayden Kuntz 4th Place. It was a job well done by all participants. A special congratulation goes out to Ysabella Love for qualifying for the STATE MATHCOUNTS held on March 25th, 2024. Iysabella will be representing Killdeer High School as part of the 160 best junior high students in North Dakota. Wonderful Effort!
