
Yesterday at the Southwest Regional Science Olympiad competition Killdeer had 14 students compete in 2 divisions.
In Division C Ian Gloria was 1st in Electric Vehicle and 3rd in Tower. Fyana Aragon-Romero and Ella McFadden finished 2nd in Forensics and 3rd in Entomology.
In Division B Matthew Schaper was 3rd in Fossils and 3rd in Meteorology. Breckon Hanson and Stetson Linseth were 3rd in Microbe Mission and 3rd in Write It, Do It. Eduardo Trejo was 3rd in Entomology.

The Close Up students are having a great time in Washington DC. Today we spent the day at the Capitol. They had the opportunity to visit with Senator Hoeven, get an insider tour of the Capitol building, and visit the Library of Congress. Tonight we head to a play at the Kennedy Center. We have an amazing group of students with us this year - doing our community proud!

FFA wrapped up another outstanding season for the Ag Sales, Agronomy, and Livestock Judging Teams. It was an excellent day with both teams bringing home gold and many individual accomplishments!
